Europe’s Longest Toboggan Run

Tobogganing is one of the most popular winter sports for families, and Lapland is home to one of the longest toboggan runs in Europe! It's a whopping 1km long, so you won't be short of a chance to give it a go.

It's child-friendly, free to use and lots of fun for the whole family. Plastic toboggans can be picked up from your hotel (there may be up to a $2 charge to use these) and used wherever you’d like, but the dedicated toboggan run is a must-do in your spare time.

Aurora Day Hut

This magical gem, deep in the forest behind the Tunturi, is a great place to go and see the Northern Lights. Surrounded by arctic nature, wildlife and the snowy essence of Lapland, it is simply breathtaking.

It’s in an area where there is no artificial lighting so it’s perfect for spotting the lights should they emerge.
